Sheila Kerrigan BA (Hons)
Sheila is a Contemporary Batik Artist, creating her original paintings, taking her inspiration from nature and poetry using hot liquid wax-resist dyes on cotton or silk and paper. Sheila uses ancient technique one method uses brushes to apply hot wax as a relief.

Sheila has practised Batik for over 15 Years and her work was selected by the GQ magazine and also exhibited in Dorchester Library a visit of Prince Edward.
