Since visiting the Little Chapel in Guernsey as a child I have been interested in mosaics using fragments of china. I studied history and art at university but am largely self taught  in mosaic techniques. 

My career as an architectural stone conservator  kept me occupied for many years until a change in my circumstances allowed me more time to be creative and experiment with tesserae, glass, china and other found objects.
