I am a part time foster carer, part time chopper-up of books, magazines, calendars and any other printed material, to reassemble pictures into collages, or to decorate furniture and other items. 

The collages I put together are a patchwork of cut paper, combining unrelated pieces to look fairly seamless and natural, at least at first glance. It is like painting with scissors, printed paper and glue; and a joyful homage to all the original artists, craftsmen, photographers and publishers whose work is outthere for us see, and occasionally play with.
