Plain Arts Programme For 2021 / 2022
Plain Arts regularly hold creative events and exhibitions throughout the year.
These are held as either ‘Plain Arts Events’ organised and run by our own committee members and dedicated
steering groups, or are creative events held in association with others all within Salisbury & the surrounding area.

'BACK WITH A SPLASH'
Thank you all members who exhibited. The exhibition was a great success, and we had some sales!
Look out for details for our next exhibition in Gallery 4 at the Library - WINTER EXHIBITION.
Thank You for your support as always.
As you all know, we had to cancel the 'Art Unmasked' at Fisherton Mill 20th February – 20th March 2021.
We would like to thank you for your time in submitting to the exhibition and hope to revisit this idea in the future.
With the role out of the Covid 19 vaccine programme there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Plain Arts is committed and continuing to plan events as we work through this pandemic with a hope that this, and other exhibitions will still proceed.
Further announcements will be published when available for any re-scheduling.
Keep an eye on the Facebook page, the monthly newsletter and the Plain Arts website for any additional notifications.
Rolling programme of exhibiting opportunities at the Salisbury Medical Centre throught the year.
We have now been organising a rolling programme of exhibitions since the centre opened on the Wilton Road 6 years ago.
The Practice has conducted a number of surveys and they have found how valued and appreciated this project is to both the staff and patients.
It's free to exhibit and the wall spaces are excellent for showing your work to a very large audience.
Given the current circumstances and uncertainties the latest information from the Medical Practice indicates that it is unlikely that the next exhibition
will start again this year. However the situation is changing and we will let you know if we hear any further news.
Exhibiting opportunities at Waterstones Bookshop throughout the year
We have a great working relationship with Waterstones, that wonderful bookshop in Salisbury.
Waterstones keep us informed about exhibiting vacancies which crop up on their front and back staircases.
Exhibiting opportunities at 5 Rivers leisure centre throughout the year
Exhibiting opportunities at Boston Tea Party throughout the year
If you’re concerned that you may be infected with the virus there is a 111 Online Coronavirus Service
which will help you determine whether you need to seek further help. This can be found at: https://111.nhs.uk/covid-19
